As a minimum, energy assessments need to use 12 months of energy consumption data and produce practical recommendations for the area being assessed, or confirm that there is no scope for cost-effective energy efficiency improvement.
EKM Energy has helped six companies achieve ESOS compliance, through delivering energy audits and acting as Lead Assessor. These companies include an industrial gases manufacturer, an agrochemical supplier, a grain distillery, an edible oil refiner, a structural steel manufacturer and a retail distribution company. These companies are now able to plan for future-proofing their ESOS strategy and have an energy plan that will deliver cost savings over the next compliance period.
